This unusual programme will feature works by 19th century masters Caspar Furstenau and guitar virtuoso Ferdinando Carulli, an exciting version of Astor Piazzolla's Libertango, the famous Waltz from Masquerade by Aram Khachaturian, along with works by Fran Griffin and Harold Gretton. Complementing the usual concert flute, the sonorous alto flute and rich but ominous bass flute will be showcased.

Performers: Fran and Keith Griffin with Harold Gretton on classical guitar.
