In addition to individual and group learning opportunities, the RCM vocal Department also offers both students and community musicians with access to many different ensembles including:

The RCM Vocal Department is a diverse and active team of performers and educators. The vocal department has specialist teachers who work with both children and adults. 

For young people the RCM's vocal team has high level musical theatre expertise with a focus on performance and support for students studying music in school. The RCM also caters for very young students having their first vocal lessons. 

The Department also has high level teaching available for adult learners who are wanting to develop their voices either as amateurs or as emerging professionals. With close links to Central Queensland University, many adult vocal students complete either the CQU Diploma of Music or Bachelor of Music.
